Who signs

A registered quantity surveyor on every report

Every report is certified and signed by a registered quantity surveyor, a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.

Your signed report includes the quantity surveyor’s certification, name, credentials and membership number.

How we calculate

Every figure traces to a published rate
Each element is priced from a named, published construction cost source, so a council officer can check it.

Floor area is measured, not copied
Gross floor area is measured from the dimensioned plans to the AIQS method.

The working is kept
Any figure in the report can be explained, line by line, if the council asks.

GST sits where the Regulation puts it
The estimated development cost excludes GST. The GST and the total are shown beside it.

Market value, always
Labour and materials are valued at market cost, even when they are supplied at no charge.
